Section 01

Our Commitment to Accessibility

Active Conformance Target: WCAG 2.1 Level AA

TRY26 LLC, a Delaware-registered limited liability company, believes that every person deserves equal access to information and digital services, regardless of ability or disability. We are committed to making our website accessible, usable, and inclusive for the widest possible audience.

We view digital accessibility not as a compliance checkbox but as a fundamental aspect of respectful, professional communication with all stakeholders. Our ongoing efforts are guided by the W3C's WCAG 2.1 guidelines and the legal requirements of the ADA.

Section 02

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 defines three levels of conformance: Level A (minimum), Level AA (standard), and Level AAA (enhanced).

TRY26 LLC's website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to achieve full conformance. Our goal is full WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance across all pages.

Section 03

Technical Specifications & Standards

Our accessibility approach relies on the following technologies:

  • HTML5 — semantic, structured markup that conveys meaning and relationships;
  • CSS3 — for visual presentation that does not convey meaning independently of the underlying HTML;
  • JavaScript — for interactive functionality, with progressive enhancement where feasible;
  • WAI-ARIA — for enhanced accessibility of dynamic and interactive content;
  • SVG — for accessible icons and illustrations with appropriate title and description attributes.

The website is designed to be compatible with NVDA/Firefox on Windows, JAWS/Chrome on Windows, VoiceOver/Safari on macOS and iOS, TalkBack/Chrome on Android, and keyboard-only navigation across all major browsers.

Section 04

Accessibility Measures Implemented

Perceivable

All non-text content has text alternatives. Color is never used as the sole means of conveying information. Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content.

Operable

All interactive elements are keyboard-accessible. Visible focus indicators are present. No content flashes more than three times per second.

Understandable

Language is declared in the HTML element. Form inputs have clear, associated labels. Error messages are descriptive and provide guidance for correction.

Robust

HTML is valid and well-formed. ARIA roles and properties are used correctly. Content is compatible with current and future assistive technologies.

Additional measures include: logical, hierarchical heading order; all form fields associated with labels; color contrast ratios meeting WCAG 2.1 AA minimums (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text); and responsive layout without loss of content at all screen sizes.

Section 05

Supported Technologies & Environment

The website has been tested and is expected to work with:

  • Modern web browsers: Google Chrome (110+), Mozilla Firefox (110+), Apple Safari (15+), Microsoft Edge (110+);
  • Mobile browsers on iOS (Safari) and Android (Chrome);
  • Standard zoom levels from 100% up to 400%;
  • Operating system high contrast modes on Windows and macOS;
  • Reduced motion settings honored via the prefers-reduced-motion CSS media query.
Section 06

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, there may be some limitations we are actively working to address:

  • Custom Cursor: Our desktop custom cursor animation is a purely decorative visual enhancement. It does not affect keyboard or assistive technology users;
  • SVG Graphics: Some inline SVG graphics may not include full descriptive text for all screen reader configurations. We are reviewing ARIA labeling for these elements;
  • Scroll-Triggered Animations: We are working to ensure animations are fully suppressed via prefers-reduced-motion across all instances;
  • Third-Party Services: Our contact form is processed through Netlify Forms. Accessibility of that service's processing layer is subject to Netlify's own standards.
Section 07
